With the cooks choice each morning, the menu can range from eggs fixed with a South Texas flare...  Served on a tortilla, over black beans, topped with salsa and avocado; at times a more traditional Texas -style breakfast with scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, southern biscuits & gravy, or a Texas waffle topped with whipped cream, fresh berries and  warm syrup.
We will gladly adjust menus & serving times for groups and/or private parties.
